La Dolce Vita: Positano Beach Day

I have been meaning to post the last leg of our Italy trip for some time and with how busy life has been lately, I have really been missing la dolce vita (the good life)!  After almost 15 days in Italy, ending our trip sunbathing on the Amalfi Coast was a brilliant idea and I applaud Kevin and I for planning it so. With all of the moving around from city to city we decided to spend an entire day in Positano beaching it up (life was really rough back then)…

If you have never been to Positano, it goes without saying that I would highly recommend it.  It was a bucket list trip that I have always dreamed of and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations.  It’s hard to describe how stunning the views are here- hopefully these pictures do some justice.  We read a quote by John Steinbeck about his time in Positano that we felt summed up our experience perfectly, he said: “Positano bites deep.  It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.”

Hope you enjoy our photos from our time there xx

Love these!! I neeeeeed to get there ASAP! Is it tacky to just do a similar rendition for our honeymoon? 😉 Ok, back to work now but thanks for the fun day dream landscape 🙂

Thank you! It’s not tacky in the least! We ran into so many honeymooners all over Italy, especially in Amalfi and Tuscany xx
