Found: the cutest little red dress for summer. I scooped this one up from Madewell and luckily they still have it in stock. It’s is the perfect amount of flirty (love a wrap-around cut) and is so versatile. Throw it on for date night, day time drinks or out shopping with the girls. I can easily see it being dressed up or down depending on what shoe you wear with it- with this look I went with my favorite wedges from Soludos paired it with a light jean jacket (both linked below).
It runs pretty true to size- I’m wearing a size 4 for reference since I wanted it a little looser- and hugs perfectly without being too showy. I’m also loving the adorable little 90’s inspired daisy print.
With the last few weeks of summer approaching Kevin and I have a few weekend getaways planned and I’m not sure I’m ready to give up dress season just yet. I really can’t believe how quickly this summer has gone by! I am heading to Philadelphia and New Jersey this weekend to visit my alma mater, Temple University, and see a few of my college girlfriends. It’s been a few years, so if any of you have been to Philly recently and have any recommendations please send them!
