Transitional Pieces

Now that we are back from Mexico (...Cabo blog post coming your way soon!) we are finally settled back into our normal routines.  Isn't it funny how you go on vacation to "get away" from it all and end up missing home when you aren't there.  It was really amazing to relax and re-charge for a week though- sun and beach time always seem to work some much needed

Best Day Ever: Our Wedding

One year ago today I married the love of my life.  Words can’t describe how much I love this man and how special this day was for us.  This first year has gone by in a blink of an eye and my heart melts looking back at our pictures and videos.  I remember someone telling us before we got married to take a a moment during the wedding, step back and take a mental snapshot of everyone you love most in the world in the same place.  I took several of those and looking back I can honestly say it was one of the best weekends of our lives.  To have all of your closest family and friends in one place is overwhelmingly special and we loved every second of our wedding weekend. read more

For those of you who don’t know, I attended college at Temple University in Philadelphia and lived there for 5 years (four in school and one year working my first job after I graduated). I was lucky enough during that time to meet the most amazing group of girls and are still incredibly close to them. We try and
