Pastel Hues: Work to Play

Blogging about a few things I love today: Banana Republic, spring neutrals and transitional pieces.  I have always been an avid shopper for work and casual outfits at Banana Republic.  I am loving their new line this spring and it seems like they have been having some major sales going on.

A fitted jean jacket never goes out of style and is the perfect transitional piece to take an outfit for work and make it a little more casual.  I picked up this BR sleeveless top with ruffles in a few different colors and wear them everywhere.  They pair easily with a pair of jeans on the weekend or tucked into fitted pants or a skirt during the week.  These Avery pants from Banana are so comfortable and hold their shape the entire day- which is hard to come by.  If you can’t tell by my posts as of recently, I am hoarding all things blush- my new favorite neutral for spring!

This pumps from Charles David are a closet staple and I wear them with everything.  They are one of the most comfortable pairs of heels I own and are really affordable (linked below)!

The details in this top are so sweet and I love how it looks with and without a layering piece!  It comes in several colors but this striped one is my favorite and has been getting lots of wear this season already.

Kevin gifted me this Gucci Diamante bag a few years ago and it looks like it’s sold out.  I’ve linked some similar items below that have the same shape and neutral look.
