Femme Fair ⋆ CHIC HAPPENS

You may remember a few weeks ago (especially if you follow along on instagram) that I was a part the second annual Femme Fair. After attending the first ever Femme Fair this past year in 2017, I was honored and so excited when the team reached out and asked me to participate for this year’s event. I was able to spend the day hosting my very own Chic Happens “booth” and meet some of you (along with lots of new friends) all while selling some of the pieces you’ve seen here on the blog. I had so much fun!

If you don’t live in the Bay Area or just haven’t heard of the event, Femme Fair is now an annual event created to bring together females from all walks of life to connect and build relationships in the community. It is an incredible day filled with some of your favorite bloggers here in the Bay Area (getting to shop their closets), panels with social media experts, local artisans to shop from, food + cocktails, custom headshots, touch ups, and if that wasn’t enough, the most killer goodie bags to walk away with.

Special thanks to Peerspace, this years event was held at The Archery in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco which provided a gorgeous setting to host this years event. VIP attendees were able to come early and receive some extra time to shop, speak with social media experts and get some extra swag (all vendors listed below). General admission were able to participate half way through the day and experience all of the incredible vendors who participated and shop. The event sold out a few days before and I heard they even extended some extra tickets! It was a jam-packed day and I absolutely loved meeting all of you. Major kudos goes to the Femme Fair creators, Stacey, Christina and Melissa– these ladies are a true dream team…it’s been amazing to watch them grow this event! Femme Fair is a true testament that if you dream it, you can achieve it. I can’t wait to see what next year brings- be sure to check it out if you missed this years!

I came away with a few new friends, pieces (bloggers can shop too!) and some major inspiration for Chic Happens. It was such an inspiring group of women to work alongside with and am so proud to have been a part of this event. Until next year!
